Neoprene
Limestone Neoprene
We use earth-mined limestone to replace petrochemicals in our neoprene. It comes from nature and has less impact on the environment.
Solar Energy System
We have been working to make our production even greener. We are focusing on finished goods production facilities that are equipped with solar panels on the roofs to provide green energy.
Eco Carbon Black
Carbon black, one of the key ingredients in neoprene, can now be pyrolysed from scrap rubber tyres. This reduces energy consumption and cuts CO₂ emission by 200 gr per wetsuit.
Water Saving Dyeing Machine
We are reducing the water and energy consumption of our dyeing machines by 60%.
PAHs Minimised Formulation
DYNAMICNORD neoprene rubber foam formulation has eliminated near all of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) substances.
PlasticComponents
Fins
Fin pocket inserts are made from a mixture of PP and TPR waste, whereas the hooks are made from PC waste.
Skins
Our skins are made with Dynatec® technology, committed to 100% recycled materials and biodegradability. Dynatec® recycles 1.5 billion plastic bottles equal to its global production.
Masks
We recycle all the plastic and glass parts of our masks.
Low Energy Production
The use of full automation increases production capacity while reducing production time, resulting in lower electricity and water consumption.
