Warranty

All our products are covered by a two-year limited warranty.

Coverage

The warranty period runs for two years from the consumer’s date of purchase, verified through valid proof of purchase and product registration. Certain products with a limited lifetime or stability may carry a shorter period, as noted in the relevant product description and manual.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, neglect, unauthorised repairs, alterations, accidents, fire, casualty, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage such as scratches and nicks is excluded, unless the product is new and unopened.

Filing a Claim

To file a warranty claim, the defective product must be submitted together with:

• A completed and signed Warranty Certificate from an authorised DynamicNord dealer, and
• Valid proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.

DynamicNord reserves the right to deny service if the required documentation is incomplete, illegible, or missing.

Specific Exclusions

Coverage does not apply to defects arising from:

• Inadequate or improper maintenance
• Unusual or incorrect use
• Use of aggressive chemical cleaners
• Defects that were visible at the time of purchase
• Improper assembly of components
• Prolonged exposure to chlorinated or polluted water
• Excessive temperatures, fire, or extended exposure to sunlight

Additional Notes

• Liability for consequential damage is declined.
• A repair does not extend the original two-year warranty period.
• Products must be purchased from authorised DynamicNord dealers and properly registered.
