The terms govern all orders via the online shop for both consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is defined as any natural person conducting transactions outside their trade or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person acting within their profession. Entrepreneurs' conflicting terms are rejected unless expressly agreed upon.
Contract is with DYNAMICNORD GmbH. Product placement constitutes a binding offer. Customers may modify shopping basket entries before submitting orders. Contract concludes upon clicking the order button. Order confirmation is sent by email immediately.
Available languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian. Contract text and order details are sent via durable medium. Contract text is not accessible via Internet for security reasons.
Product descriptions are integral contract components.
Colour variations may occur between screen displays and actual products due to individual screen configurations (resolution, brightness). Customers should contact us for clarifications.
Delivery charges may apply and are explained in individual product listings.
Products ship to the provided delivery address. Collection by customers is unavailable.
Price is due upon contract conclusion unless specified otherwise.
For Consumers: Late payment incurs EUR 1.50 per reminder fee (second and subsequent reminders). Customers may prove lesser losses. Additional claims remain viable.
For Entrepreneurs: Late payment incurs statutory interest at nine percentage points above base rate plus EUR 40 lump sum. Further claims are unaffected.
Consumers have statutory cancellation rights per cancellation policy. Businesses lack voluntary cancellation rights.
DYNAMICNORD retains ownership until full payment. For companies, ownership is retained until all ongoing business relationship claims are settled. Resale of reserved goods in ordinary business is permitted. All resale claims are assigned in advance to DYNAMICNORD (regardless of mixing with new items) in invoice amounts, which are accepted. Customers collect claims; DYNAMICNORD may also collect if payment obligations are unmet. Securities are released when realisable value exceeds outstanding claims by 10% or more.
For Consumers: Obvious transport damage complaints must be made immediately to deliverers and DYNAMICNORD. Non-compliance does not affect statutory rights or warranty enforcement. It assists in asserting carrier or insurance claims.
For Businesses: Accidental loss and deterioration risk transfer upon goods delivery to forwarders, carriers, or shipping organisations.
Customers are responsible for regular data backups. DYNAMICNORD is not liable for data losses preventable through regular backups. Exceptions apply to claims involving injury, gross negligence, fraud, material contractual breaches, guaranteed obligations, or Product Liability Act violations.

DYNAMICNORD maintains unlimited liability for injuries, intentional or grossly negligent breaches, guaranteed obligations, or Product Liability Act violations.
For material contractual obligation breaches due to slight negligence, liability limits to foreseeable damages at contract conclusion. Otherwise, damage claims are excluded.

For businesses, German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Merchants, legal entities, and special funds establish exclusive jurisdiction at DYNAMICNORD's registered office.
